Scalloped Corn - A great side dish!

This scalloped corn recipe is my grandmother's, and it's DELICIOUS, not to mention quick and easy!
Ingredients:
2 cans cream-style corn
4 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp melted butter
4 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 sleeve buttered cracker crumbs (Ritz)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered casserole dish or 9x13 pan. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Serves 6
